The Two RV Park
Standards of Conduct and Safety Regulations
We want you to enjoy your stay with The Two RV Park. For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we ask that you observe good camping practices. The Standards of Conduct and Safety Regulations are posted in the office and each person who checks into The Two RV Park is provided with his or her own copy. Observance of these rules will provide a safe and enjoyable stay for all of the guests. Management reserves the right to add to, delete from, and/or modify these policies and regulations at any time without notice.
General Guidelines
- Respect others and their property, as you would like to be treated and respected.
- The Two RV Park is a privately owned facility. The Two RV Park is a service-oriented business. This facility is a vacation destination. The Two RV Park does not have a landlord/tenant agreement with any daily/weekly/or monthly guests.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time, for any reason, including condition and/or type of camping unit. Management reserves the right to limit the length of stay.
- Camping unit must be in good mechanical repair, condition, and must be maintained, so that the unit is not distracting or displeasing.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.
- If you are up early to go fishing or hunting, please respect your neighbors and keep the noise at a minimum.
- Drunkenness and disorderly or abusive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction from the park without a refund.
- Foul language, loud music, and domestic disputes are not tolerated.
- The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substance or illegal drug paraphernalia will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the park as well as possible arrest and prosecution by law enforcement authorities.
- If Law enforcement is called to your site to address an issue you could be asked to leave the park immediately.
- ALL of our buildings are smoke-free (to include E-Cigarette, Vapor Products.)
Indemnity and Waiver of Liability
- Customers shall indemnify and hold Adventure Acres. LLC and their owners, employees, agents, members, partners, officers, directors, representatives, successors or assigns (collectively, the “Parties”) harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and / or customer actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to Customer’s use, Cabin rental or Occupation of the recreational site.
Rates
- Daily (1-4 Days) $55.00 per day electric included
- Rates subject to variability during Holidays / special tournaments.
- Weekly Summer Rate $275.00 plus electric ¢14.5 / kWh
April 1st through September 30th - Weekly Winter Rate $250.00 plus electric ¢14.5 / kWh
October 1st through March 31st - Monthly Rate $400.00 plus deposit and electric ¢14.5 / kWh
- Monthly Rate (Long term) $375.00 plus deposit and electric ¢14.5 / kWh
- Covered site rates $575.00 plus deposit and electric ¢14.5 / kWh
Monthly only - 50 amp services $10.00 surcharge for daily only rentals.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- A credit card deposit for your first night and electric is required to guarantee reservation. Electric Deposit of $200
- Deposit is charged at time of reservation.
- Full payment for your booking is due at check in.
- If you are unable to honor your reservation, call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines.
Cancellation Deadlines
- Daily and weekly notify 3 days prior to reservation.
- Monthly notify one week prior to reservation.
- Cancelations after the deadline will result in forfeiture of recreational site daily and weekly = full balance of scheduled stay, monthly = $150.00.
Site Rental
- Have suitable utility connection. (Including a screw type sewer adapter and hose.)
- Recreational site occupancy is limited to one camping unit per site. Camping unit occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 guests.
- Please maintain the recreation site in a clean, neat, orderly manner.
- The use of tarps is not allowed.
- Camping units must be washed to reduce the presence of mold / algae.
- Items stored outdoors should be kept to a minimum.
- Management reserves the final authority regarding items that will be allowed outside the camping unit.
Management must first approve ANY site improvements. - Clotheslines are NOT permitted.
- Dispose of cigarette butts in proper receptacles and not on the ground.
- No open ground fires at any time.
- No open fires will be permitted during a county instituted BURN BAN.
- Please closely monitor fires in your BBQ pit/grill, outdoor fire pit/grill, etc.
- Garbage and trash must be secured in plastic bags and deposited into the dumpster.
- Do not leave trash outside overnight, on the ground, or in front of or around the dumpster.
- Fireworks are not permitted in the park.
- The discharging of a firearm within the park is not allowed.
- Camping units with en suite bathrooms must maintain their systems. This includes using the tank treatment chemicals in your holding tanks.
- Please do not put non septic tank compatible items into the septic system.
- Hygiene products
- Wet wipes
- Diapers
- Grease
- Etc.
Laundry and Restrooms
- The laundry room and restrooms are open to “The Two RV Park” tenants and their guests ONLY.
- Dishwashing is not allowed in the restroom facilities.
- There is NO smoking inside any buildings.
- No glass bottles are allowed in the laundry room or restrooms.
- No sexual / lewd behavior in the bathrooms.
- Clothing is to be washed in the laundry facility only, not in the showers.
- Please be mindful of the amount of time spent in the restrooms.
- Leave the facilities clean and orderly.
- Notify management if the laundry room / restrooms need maintained or cleaning.
Clubhouse
- Is open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Sewing groups, craft groups, table games, etc. May have extended hours if management is notified.
- An adult must accompany children under the age of 15.
- Group meetings can be arranged through management.
- No smoking in the Clubhouse.
- Sleeping is not allowed in the Clubhouse.
Clubhouse Kitchen
- Wash all dishes that you use, but do not leave them laying in the sink, or dyer rack. Place the used and cleaned dishes back where you found them.
- Clean up any spills on tables, countertops, and floor.
- Wipe out the microwave after each use, particularly if the food splattered inside.
- If you use a sponge or dishtowel, please rinse it out before putting it away.
- Sponges are to be used only for dishes. Use washcloths or paper towels to clean other surfaces.
- Throw away or recycle any wrappers, containers, peelings etc. that you no longer want.
- Do not leave leftovers on counter tops. Please label and put away anything you wish to keep in refrigerator.
- Label everything, to avoid having your stuff taken or used inappropriately.
- Respect other people’s labeled foods.
- Anything that is left out unlabeled will be considered to be common property, and may be consumed or thrown away.
- Sunday is “Clean the Fridge” day. Let’s ensure we don’t have a skunky fridge with forgotten food. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge all week. If food is left in the fridge at the end of the day on Sunday, the container and food will be thrown in the trash.
- Please help us enforce these rules. If you see someone violating these courtesy rules, please let us know.
Free Wi-Fi Policy
- We offer a free Internet service throughout our park. Our RV park internet service is intended to be there for basic services like emailing, banking, and sample browsing. Any use beyond that is abuse of the service. Everyone should be aware of this and treat the service accordingly.
Boat Wash Station and Fish Cleaning Station
- Please be courteous to others and promptly wash your boat.
- Do not leave your boat unattended in the wash bay.
- Cleaning fish is permitted only at the fish cleaning station.
- The fish cleaning station must be cleaned after use.
- Fish remains will not be placed in the dumpster.
- Gutbuckets (five gallon bucket) are provided to transport carcasses to the water’s edge for disposal. If you take a bucket and it is not returned a $5 charge will be applied to your invoice.
Dumpster
- All refuse, trash and garbage, except oil, fuel and fish remains, must be disposed of in the dumpster.
- All liquids, including oil, fuel, etc. must be disposed of in a proper manner and not placed in the dumpster.
- Household items such as TVs, couches, and other furniture cannot be disposed of in the dumpster.
- The onsite dumpster is for site use only. The dumpster site will be videoed and violators will be prosecuted.
- It is illegal to dump trash in dumpsters placed on private property unless given explicit permission by the owner of the dumpster to do so. It’s illegal to dump trash in someone else’s dumpster without permission. Getting caught doing so is punishable by $500+ fines and possible jail time.
Motorized Vehicles
- The Two RV Park speed limit is 5 mph and must be observed by all vehicles, including carts and scooters. This is strictly enforced.
- Vehicle parking is limited to your site location only. Additional vehicles or vehicles to large to fit on the site may be parked in the remote parking area.
- Repairing vehicles on recreational site spaces, roads, driveways or common areas is not allowed. A repair service or tow truck may be called to move your disabled vehicle to a place of repair.
Pets
- Pets are subject to the pet policy. Pet owners are provided a copy of these policies at check-in.
- Violation and continued violation of these rules and regulations can/will result in you being asked to leave the park.
Pet Policies for the Two RV Park
Pets are a loving part of most families. We welcome your pet. Your pet’s safety and happiness is important.
However, so is the safety and happiness of our other guests.
Any pet demonstrating vicious or aggressive behavior or excessive barking will result in the owner being subject to eviction from the park with no refund.
- All dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside.
- No more than two domestic pets allowed in the recreation site.
- Do not leave pets unattended outside at your site.
No dog is to be left outside overnight.
Please be courteous of others and neighbors. - Pick up after your animal and its potty breaks. You must pick up the droppings and dispose of them properly.
- Do not allow your pet to relieve itself on any shrubs or flowerbeds planted in the area of the Clubhouse building and office area.
- Do not allow your pet to use your neighbor’s site as a bathroom. This is not good neighborly practice.
- You are responsible for the actions of your pet and any damages caused by your pet to the property or of others. Applicable charges will be assessed to cover the expense incurred.
- Continued violations of these policies may result in immediate eviction from the park.
- Do NOT feed feral animals. This creates a greater harm to the animal than good.
