Hunt Deer and Waterfowl on Matagorda Island
Approximately 20,000 acres of upland habitat are available for hunting at the Matagorda Island Wildlife Management Area. Wear hunter orange and get a hunting license. There are no sources of food or supplies on the Island – it’s primitive! Hunters should bring their harvested animals to the mainland as soon as possible.

Oso Beach Golf Course
Walk in the footsteps of golf legends in nearby Corpus Christi.
